NEW! Do you ship to international customers?
RDG extends our apologies to our customers outside of Canada and the United States. We have stopped shipping to addresses outside of North America. There are excellent online sources of games in Europe, Asia, and South America, and we encourage you to support your regional retailers!
1. How much will my shipping cost?
You can find this answer very quickly by just clicking "Buy Now!" on the game you would like to buy. You will see a shipping charge of $0.00. If you click the Calculate button beside the shipping line, you can enter your postal code and get the exact amount.
RDG uses some magic to figure out, on the fly, the size of box we'll need to hold your current shopping cart contents. Combined with your postal code and speed preferences, we'll quote you the shipping cost. You do not have to provide credit card information to calculate your shipping costs.
2. Do you have X game in stock/available?
You can find out the answer much more quickly by checking our GameFinder page. If the game is listed there it's part of our regular inventory. BUT, click on the game name to see if we currently have it in stock.
Our wicked eCommerce software (thanks, US-EH.com!) keeps the product pages up-to-date in real time. So if we have one copy of a game in stock and you click Buy Now!, the next person to look at that page (even 1 second later) will see it as out of stock.
3. What hours are you open for business?
Rainy Day Games is a web-only shop. We do not keep a brick-and mortar store. That means you pay super-low prices because your game purchase isn't paying for rent, heat, or minimum wage clerks. (The owners work for way less than that!) But, you have the convenience of shopping 24/7/365!
4. Can I come pick up my games and pay no shipping?
Apologies from the RDG team, but we are not currently offering pick up of games. We do offer personal delivery within the Winnipeg city limits for a very reasonable price. (Recently reduced to just $4.00)
