Shipping

To get a quote for shipping costs, please add the game(s) to your shopping cart and proceed through the checkout. You can select your shipping options and get the final shipping cost before you finalize the payment. Rainy Day Games offers shipping via Canada Post addresses in Canada and the United States. Based upon your address and the approximate delivery time you select, we will determine your shipping costs. Rainy Day Games reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the price to the cardholder. To international customers: we apologize, but RDG.ca does not offer shipping to addresses outside of North America. Please support your regional online retailers!

Rainy Day Games Guarantee and Return Policy

All items can be returned within a 30-day period for a refund, minus shipping and handling charges. This guarantee is not valid in cases of product abuse or destruction on the part of the consumer. No refunds will be given for merchandise damaged due to poor packaging by the customer.  Please allow 7 to 10 days processing time for credit adjustments on modified orders or returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. Send the package to Rainy Day Games' return mail address , and if you wish to (not required), include a note with your comments. We only ask this because it will help us serve you and other customers more accurately.

Payment

Payment is due upon submission of order form. We use a secure server and full encryption of your personal data at all stages of the transaction. Rainy Day Games accepts Visa and MasterCard and, with the exception of custom orders, we do not charge your card until the product is shipped.

Display of Merchandise

We have made every effort to faithfully reproduce the colors and patterns of Rainy Day Games merchandise. However, no scanner and no monitor can fully capture every nuance of items such as hand-painted pieces. Also, the color balance of the monitor you are using is probably different from our reference balance. The best way to determine if an item is right for you is to order through our secure server and examine the product itself.

To the extent that this Site contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which Rainy Day Games does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Period. We value our relationship with you and are committed to respecting your privacy. Unless you are making a purchase from our on-line store or attempting to track an order you placed, you can visit any of the pages in our website without telling us who you are. There are times (when you make a purchase, register to receive email messages, etc.) when we ask you to provide information about yourself like your name, shipping/billing address, email address, telephone number, etc. Whether you choose to provide this information is entirely up to you, but if you do not you will not be able to make purchases from our website, receive free email notifications of new products, or visit certain pages. If you choose to provide this information, it may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and purchase history) available from our records and other sources. This data will be used to make future marketing more efficient, and may also be used (with your permission) by our other online retail businesses to bring you offers of interest.

Registering With Rainy Day Games

We encourage you to register with the site. When you register, we will organize your personal information to make your future purchases easier, and allow you to track your orders on-line. We send email only on an opt-in basis. That means we require you to choose to receive email messages from Rainy Day Games. You may also take advantage of the opportunity to receive email from our other businesses. You will not receive any such email, however, without specifically requesting it. If you desire to remove yourself from our email list, you will be able to do so by following simple directions included in each email message you receive. You can also remove yourself from these email lists at any time by changing your email preferences in your account, or by emailing us at service@RainyDayGames.ca . You can review, edit or delete any personal information you provide to us when you register through our website. Simply click on Your Account in the right sidebar of this website, sign in when prompted, and you'll be able to make whatever changes you desire. Our website uses cookies (a small data file sent to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive) in a limited way to remind us of who you are and automatically log you in. This helps to make your shopping experience easier and more pleasant. If you do not provide us with any personal information, we use cookies to follow your visit anonymously, keep track of your shopping cart, and to improve our site. You can set your browser to refuse cookies. If you do so, however, you will have to register and login in order to keep your shopping bag from disappearing if you close your browser. Encryption and Security

Rainy Day Games uses encryption and authentication tools to ensure that personal information you provide to us is secure. Rainy Day Games use the Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL) to encrypt your order and credit card information. (You can verify that SSL is functioning by looking for the unbroken key or lock (depending on your browser) at the bottom of your browser window.) Some versions of browsers and some firewalls will not permit communication with Rainy Day Games secure server. If that is the case, please place your order by phone by calling us anytime.
